In any group chat, tap the ⋯ next to a message (or press and hold it) to Report it or Block its author. Blocking removes that person's messages from your feed immediately. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes content and users that break our Terms of Use. You can also email support@calspark.cloud.
CalSpark Premium is billed by Apple. Open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → CalSpark to change or cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
On the subscription screen, tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and data. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
In the app, open Profile → Sources & methods to see each formula and the research it comes from. CalSpark is a general wellness tool, not medical advice.
